Do I get the same quality as I see on the website?

We source every product from the same region every year, so the quality of the product is usually consistent. However, depending on the weather, the quality of some products may be slightly different compared to the previous harvest. We will send you photos and samples from the last available batch, so you can be sure that the product quality is accurate.

What are your payment terms?

We offer different payment terms depending on the sales conditions. For most of our customers within the EU, we offer a 50% advance payment and 50% within two days after delivery.

What are your shipping terms?

We are very flexible with our shipping terms. Depending on the sales conditions and the buyer's requirements, we can offer you the desired shipping terms.

What is your delivery time?

We ship products that are available in our warehouse in Germany within 3 days. Some products that are available from our warehouse or partner in the Middle East may require importing, which can take 2 to 6 weeks for delivery. For accurate information, please contact us.

Do you sell and ship to outside of the EU?

We sell and ship our products worldwide.

Where do you produce your products?

We produce most of our products in the Middle East or source them from our partner farms in the Middle East. For the exact origin of each product, please refer to the product specifications or contact us.

Which certificates do you have?

Currently, we have ISO 9001, HACCP, and EU Organic (DE-ÖKO-037) certifications, but  additional certificates are on the way.
